  • If I need to remove my permanent jewelry piece how do I go about doing that?

    Shoot me a message and we can schedule a removal appointment. If you cannot wait you can always cut it yourself with scissors but be careful!

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Absolutely just know, you will be labeled as the coolest gift giver once you do so.

  • Can I bring my own chain?

    No, I apologize – for liability purposes you will need to purchase a chain Sempre offers!

  • Can I get a spray tan with permanent jewelry on?

    Absolutely - get your tan on.

  • Can I work out with my permanent jewelry on?

    Yes you can - health is wealth baby!

  • What happens if my permanent jewelry comes off?

    If it is within 30 days of the original weld we can reweld back on assuming you still have the chain. If you are outside of the 30 days you will need to pay a rewelding fee of $20. Please note, if you do not have the original chain you will need to repurchase a new piece of jewelry all together.
